To create an account at db789 you must be at least 21 years old. We are committed to protecting minors from gaming. A national ID card or passport may be requested at any time for age verification.

The KYC (Know Your Customer) process confirms your identity. It keeps your account secure and prevents unauthorised activity. If your withdrawal amount exceeds a certain limit or any suspicious activity is detected, db789 may request your national ID card or other documents for verification.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Payments and Transactions
db789 currently accepts three mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All three are widely available across Bangladesh and transactions are fast and secure. More methods may be added in the future — follow the site for updates.
Whether you deposit via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket, your db789 account balance is usually updated within a few seconds to a few minutes. There may be a slight delay during peak network times. If it takes more than 15 minutes, let us know via live chat.
The minimum deposit amount at db789 is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is also ৳500. This applies equally to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Transacting in slightly larger amounts rather than many small ones makes the process smoother.
Withdrawal requests from db789 generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to complete. The process is faster when your account is verified and no wagering requirements are outstanding. It may take a little longer late at night or during busy periods.
db789 does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking operator (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) may deduct a small transaction fee according to their own policy. Check the relevant operator's app or website to find out about those fees.
Common reasons for a rejected withdrawal include: incomplete account verification, unmet wagering requirements, or an incorrect mobile number provided. The reason for rejection will be shown in your dashboard. Contact live chat directly to resolve the issue — our support team will sort it out quickly.
Games and Rules
Gaming Experience
You can bet on BPL, IPL, the T20 World Cup, and other major tournaments in db789's cricket section. Place bets on match winner, top batsman, total runs, and other markets. Keep enough balance in your account, select the match you want, set your stake, and confirm the bet. Live betting on ongoing matches is also available.
db789 offers popular slots from multiple leading providers including PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, and JILI. Titles such as Fortune Tiger, Gates of Olympus, Sweet Bonanza, Super Ace, and Money Coming are particularly popular. New and classic games covering various themes and features are added regularly.
RTP (Return to Player) is the average percentage of total bets that a game returns to players over the long term. It does not guarantee the outcome of any single session — every spin or round is completely random. All games at db789 use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair and unbiased play.
Yes. db789 is a fully mobile-friendly platform. All games can be played from any Android or iOS smartphone browser. No separate app download is needed. With a stable internet connection you can enjoy slots, live casino, or cricket betting — everything in one place.
db789's live casino section offers Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, and Teen Patti with real dealers from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. Spribe's Aviator game is also very popular. Through live video streaming you get the feel of a real casino from home.
Bonuses and Promotions
Offers and Rewards
When you make your first deposit at db789 you receive a 120% welcome bonus, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. So if you deposit ৳1,000, your account will have ৳1,200 (৳1,000 + ৳200 bonus). This bonus is applied automatically when you open a new account and make your first deposit.
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x). This means you need to wager 20 times the bonus amount before it becomes withdrawable. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you need to place a total of ৳20,000 in bets. It is important to meet the requirement within the specified time.
db789's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.4%), Gold (up to 0.6%), and Platinum (up to 0.8%). You can move up to higher tiers gradually through regular play. Each tier comes with special offers, faster withdrawals, and dedicated support.
The games eligible for bonus use are generally listed in the terms and conditions of the bonus offer. Some bonuses may apply only to specific game categories such as slots or live casino. Not all games may contribute equally to wagering calculations. Read the terms and conditions of the relevant bonus carefully for full details.
New offers are added regularly to db789's promotions page. Special tournaments and cashback offers are available during Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and the BPL season. Personalised offers can also be seen in your dashboard after logging in. Check the site regularly to stay up to date.
